Bintan Nirwana Gardens (Nov 2013)

Today: 4 May 2015. Another throwback blog of a Bintan Trip we had in Nov 2013.

 

 

A welcome traditional Indonesia dance by the hotel.

 

After settling the check-in and luggages in the room, we hit the pool!

 

After the pool, we went to the beach to snorkel too. Although, it really a snorkeling-worthy kinda beach but it was still a good experience.

For dinner, we headed to a kelong seafood restaurant near the hotel. Taking the tiger bus which made Miu so excited and happy.

Day 2

 

After a good nite sleep, I set alarm to wake u earlier to sneak out and have a bonding time with Mel to do her fav at her own time....seashells picking.

This is one of my fav Instantgram pic I made so far.

No fanciful rare shells but a handful of simple and beautiful memories. 

 About an hr later, we went back to wake the others up to join us at the beach.

After a wash up, we went for breakfast....famished...think we seldom have late breakfast during trips.

 

 We are the lovely gals. 

The buffet spread was not superb but good enough.

Next, we went to the mini zoo of the hotel. A place we didn't know during our last trip in 2011.

Someone was bawling away. Cant remember for walk...but most probably for baobao.

Deers, crocs, snakes, eagles and hawks, parrots, rabbits, hens, etc....
