3D/2N short trip to Malaysia during the March holidays.....
Nasi Lemak breakfast at a reststop before heading to UK farm.
After 1hr ride, we reached Johor's UK farm.
UK Farming Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2003 with just 2 acres of land located in Parit Yaani, Johor Malaysia. Our Jamnapari goats were imported from Indonesia and our initial business involved the production of fresh goat’s milk, goat’s meat and commercializing toiletry products.
In 2006, we obtained the HACCP certification for goat’s milk production and milk production instruments from Japan. Subsequently in 2007 we obtained 100 acres worth of land from Kluang Modern Agriculture Project, and ventured into sheep breeding and producing frozen sheep’s meat which was managed by Superficient Marketing Sdn. Bhd. Now we have approximately 4000 sheep in total. Our sheep species include Domba Garut, Damara, Barbados, Santa Ines, Malin and Dorper.
As part of our expansion plans, we diversified our business in to leisure farm tours in the year of 2008, which was managed by UK Agrotourism Sdn. Bhd. and obtained the Halal certification. In the subsequence year, we delved into passion fruit plantation and focusing in conducting R&D to produce passion fruit juices, preserved, jam, concentrate and tarts. During this year Superficient Marketing Sdn. Bhd. changed its name to UK Farm Sdn. Bhd.
On June 2010 we will launch UK Agro Resort, and embarked on manufacturing passion fruit products.
We chose and took the 3 hours mini bus guided tour by in house guide to visit lavender farm, feedstock processing factory, goat pens, goat milk processing centre, turkey and ostrich park, Jakun Village, fruit farm and mushroom farm.
Package includes: goat milk tasting, mushroom snack, goat feeding, turkey feeding, goat kid feeding, South African guinea fowl feeding, sheeping grazing and herding.
It was RM58.30/adult & RM47.70/child.
Sheep grazing and herding scheduled at 10am, 1pm & 4pm. It's better to reach 1/2 hr earlier for this attraction.
1st stop was the feedstock processing centre where we were briefed on how the goat's food are being processed, the lifestyle & diet of the goats. Some quiz were given to the kids to test and educate them (Actually educate us adults too).
Next, we were brought to the next shed where we fed the goat with hay and the kid with bottled milk. Our children loves this close up experience with goat and the feeding.
After that, we board the mini bus again and went to the next stop, turkey and ostrich feeding & Jakun Village. At Jakun Village, they demo a hunting tool (shooting thru a bamboo shoot) and animal catching cage. There were also tree house and different types of atap houses for us to explore.
There is also a playground with plank type tree swings at ladder where the small and old kid had fun!
Happy to see my parents having fun likes kids! Maybe this WERE their type of playground and brought back childhood memories.
"Swing me higher, POPO!" "Swing me faster, DADDAD!"
LOL, they do the physical 'jobs' while I tried to catch nice and good moment pics of them. (That's why I am always not in the pics lor...-_-)
Climbing the treetop and relaxing on the hammocks.
Its hitting noon and as such the weather is real hot, just nice for some ice sticks and drinks. They have some mushroom dishes and samples. The mushroom soup and complimentary appetisers were nice.
Last activity of the package was sheep grazing & herding.

Next stop is a shady rest stop where there were a couple of stalls selling the fruits grown there and desserts.
Our cool hip chic!
Hopped onto the bus again for the mushroom hut and café. There u will find a huge wishing tree with a neat treehouse and hammocks to it. There is also a playground with plank type tree swings at ladder where the small and old kid had fun!

Before we left the farm, we went round for photo taking and an enclosure where u can find the smaller animals like peacock, wild boar, fowls, etc.
Byebye UK farm!!!
HELLO LEGOLAND!!!
Lobby & checking in.....
The "Everything is Awesome" disco lift made the kids overwhelmed in wonders.......
Actually all of us are looking forward to see our Kingdom Deluxe room.
Indeed, the room was captivating....the kids were all in awe.....even the adults too, exploring and appreciating the deco and details of the room. Everything was great, just that it is not as big as it seems to be from the website. LOL
The triple bunkbed seems to be the most popular. The kids love climbing up and down and even the men are enjoying the cosier of the bunkbed room. (As you can see in the below pic)
The kids got all in excited and thrilled when Gonggong managed to break the locker code from the Quiz List.
How thoughtful of LEGOLAND Hotel, there were 3 prize items in the locker and as such the kids need not fight. LOL (All lockers have 3 prize items actually, not just for us)
Next, it swim time!!! It was drizzling but we decided to still go for it!!!
Below pic is our lunch for the day, dinner was at KFC.
Day 2 @ LEGOLAND
Breakfast buffet at Bricks Family Restaurant.
Honestly, it was quite chaotic wthin the resturants with tables all full and kids going around.
I was expecting interesting food choices for it being Legoland Hotel....but the spread was just acceptable like most 4* hotels...just that the restaurant is Lego themed.
Well..to the kids....it was still fun and enjoyable..being able to make and deco their own pancakes.
After breakfast, we headed out...to the themepark!
Before that, we took some pics with the giant Lego characters outside the hotel.
This is our 2nd trip to LEGOLAND. Came with my hubby, Mel & Miu last year.
We wish hoping hard for a good weather day cause it poured the last round with came and last evening.
There we are....going into LEGOLAND. A fun-filled day ahead of us!
Our first activities stops were the 'Driving Schools'. Myn went for the baby track and the jiejies went for the junior track.
Myn started excited and in style....but looked wat happened in less than 3m from the start line. -_-". She started to panic, cried and got out....end of the ride.
The 2 jiejies waited for a while before their turn. Mel snapped up a car quick! As for Miu, she and a bigger size boy aimed and went to the same car. She looked at him, got into the car, buckled up and all ready to go! (Ignoring the boy)
Way to go! Miumiu! We were stunned by her coolness! We are sorta proud and comforted that she is streetsmart and a strong gal.
Next, it was the Boating School which was my favourite the last round we came.
Some other rides we had but without pics were the Fire Rescue Academy (also one of my fav) and the Express Train ride.
New attractions we covered this time were the Beetle Bounce and Lego show and the game booths.
Also went to the Duplo Playtown, rotating Observation Tower, Royal Joust (horse ride), The Forestmen's Hideout (big wooden playground).
The Dragon's Apprentice! Was what Miu was most looking forward to! We managed to convince Mel to try and she enjoyed it...although not as let loose as Miu yet but it was a great start!
I had twice with Mel and twice with Miu (with Hub x2) which made me nausea..but luckily its end the end of the park's route.
Spot us in the below pics!
The kids had a whale of time and we called it a day at the park at about 3.30pm and headed back to the hotel to wait for our transport to transfer to KSL.
Below are some activities we did at the hotel too. Xbox dance which the gals had a good sweat out, Mega lego building and such. They have in-house activities at certain timing too but we din join. Maybe next time.....=o)
Our KSL apartment was at the older block (old lifts) and it was a long walk thru a remote carpark to a quite boring Dinosaur themepark which we were so looking forward to initially. -_-
Interior of the apartment was spacious and clean and with spectacular view of the town and the pasar malam stretch (our aim of chosing KSL area on a Monday). BUT we were horrified that the windows were without grills (we were 30over storeys high)!!! My dad has to go round tying all windows and we had to keep a close watch on the little monsters at all times.
We walked the whole stretch but the pasar malam items were not our kind of attractive, esp for my not-so-adventurous with food kinda of husband but it was an experience for all.
We only bought the kids miniature inspired Lego toys my dad's pouch and fried carrot cake. We then went to the mall and had a good dinner at a Japanese restaurant and after that, grocery shopping at the supermarket.
Breakfast was just at a coffeeshop opp the hotel where we have some average dim sum, fried kwayteow and laksa.
We decided to try something different and go for a better lunch before we head back home. After walking rounds at KSL, a Taiwan restaurant attracted us most with their food posters. Ha
The claypot chicken, chilli fish, fried salted chicken and dessert items were not bad.
Nothing much to walk nor buy at the mall. My dad had a good massage though.
Some lovely wefies and selfies after check-out and waiting for our transport pick-up
